They are always like that.
I’d be suspicious of a restaurant listing that carried les freres Troisgros as Trois Gros. Seems a lot more likely that the list builder simply did some compiling of famous names and filled with some local establishments. Doubt seriously that they had the time or finances to get into El Bulli and Spagos–even if they had, they probably would have been seated in the kitchen at Spago without being accompanied Spielberg or one of the Baldwin brothers.
